Instructions for reimbursement

 

Please use for travel reimbursement the FORM FOR TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT and for all other reimbursements please use the other form (according to the TRAVEL EXPENSE AGREEMENT AND GUIDELINES also available at the webpage)

Honorariums can only be approved for participants of EU member states

Travel reimbursement can only approved for participants of SEE countries

For reimbursement of travels by car, please use also the FORM FOR TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT, giving information about the distance and the kilometre allowance

Please state all amounts in Euro

Please send the reimbursement form(s) with your original signature and all original (!) bills only per post mail to

Please send the reimbursement forms and the original bills not later than the 17th April 2007

Reimbursement will be made as soon as the funding agencies have approved all grants
