Carreer
Martin Winter finished his studies about Technical Physics in 2000 with his master-thesis entitled: "Meßtechnische Erfassung der Strahlenbelastung in der Zivilluftfahrt".
After some years in industry at SIEMENS he has been a research assistant at the Institute for Computer Graphics and Vision at Graz University of Technology (research program “Cognitive Vision”). In 2007 he received his PhD for the dissertation: "Spatial Relations of Features and Descriptors for Appearance Based Object Recognition".
After one year as a Post-Doc (contract research) he is currently employed at the Institute of Information Systems. |
