The Quality Management System

The Quality Management System of JOANNEUM RESEARCH was first certified in 1995 and has since been continuously further developed. In April 2011 the certificate to ÖNORM EN ISO 9001:2008 was extended until 13 December 2013.

The Quality Management System aims to support us in meeting the requirements of our customers and partners from science, research and industry and thus to generate added value. The Management of JOANNEUM RESEARCH has specified a quality policy and corresponding quality objectives for this purpose.

The key point is that the Quality Management System is not a compilation of bureaucratic regulations for our employees, but rather an instrument designed to constantly examine the processes put in place and to verify their benefit and usefulness.
