Summary of the Workshop which took place in Jeruzalem, Slovenia, on March 14th

On the 14th of March 2008 a cooperation workshop between the Slovenian research centre ZRS BISTRA and NUBIOR.net STYRIA took place in Jeruzalem (Slovenia) in the Dvorec Jeruzalem Hotel. The scope of the workshop was the development of bilateral project ideas in cooperation with Slovenian Research and Development partners.
In the morning sessions all participants and their institutions (ZRS Bistra, NUBIOR.net STYRIA, Universities of Ljubljana and Maribor and SMEs) were introduced and Miss Andrejka Kodele from JOANNEUM RESEARCH presented bilateral research support programs. In the afternoon four special workshops ("Biogas", "Solid state fermentation", "Active ingredients of mushrooms" and "Education for R&D in renewable resources") were organized. First agreements were stated and team work in the topic groups will go on. Joint project proposal applications are planned soon.
