Brown University visits JOANNEUM RESEARCH

Students and Professors of the Brown University visited JOANNEUM RESEARCH in Graz.

Students and Professors of the Masters Study Programm in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at Brown University, Rhode Island, USA, visited JOANNEUM RESEARCH on their study trip through Slovenia and Austria.

Due to good contacts with the Jožef Stefan Institute in Slovenia the group investigated the Marketing of Innovations in Slovenia and Austria.

After the welcome statement of Hon.-Prof. Dr. Bernhard Pelzl, DI Ulrich Trog introduced JOANNEUM RESEARCH. Univ.-Prof. DI Dr. Emil List then talked about his role as a professor at the Technical University of Graz as well as being the Managing Director of the NanoTecCenter Weiz, which is a joint venture between JOANNEUM RESEARCH and the Technical University of Graz.

Univ.-Prof. DI Dr. Otto Koudelka finally explained his joint role as professor at the Technical University of Graz and head of the Institute of Applied Systems Technology at JOANNEUM RESEARCH.

After their visit at JOANNEUM RESEARCH the group then went to Vienna to meet Dr. Alfred Gusenbauer, who recently was appointed as a visiting professor at Brown University.
