Practical recommendations for research organisations to lead the change towards gender equality in science and technology

The project GENDERA - Gender Debate in the European Research Area is funded by the 7^th European Framework Programme. The overall objective of GENDERA is to facilitate the implementation of gender balance in science and create an enabling environment to integrate gender dimension into science policy throughout Europe. The GENDERA partners have developed recommendations for research organisations to promote gender equality in science and technology. These recommendations have a practical focus and are very relevant for persons with management responsibilities in R&D organisations.
