From Scene to 3D-Screen

Successful completion of the IP-RACINE project

The recently completed IP-RACINE project  has developed new technologies and improved tools for digital cinema production in order top enable an integrated digital workflow from scene to screen.

The Institute of Information Systems & Information Management has among others contributed to metadata representation and post production tools. In future movies will increasingly be produced in 3D, making new demands on production tools and methods. This will be researched in the 2020 3D Media project that has the same core partners as IP-RACINE, including IIS.
