Unusual activities of IIS co-workers for the final dataset creation of the SCOVIS project

In the course of the EU project SCOVIS video data was recorded in May at the project partner Nissan Motor Iberica SA (Barcelona, Spain) plant.
The shift-work on a car assembly line was monitored on several days with 8 IP network cameras.
The Institute of Information Systems is responsible for the development of intelligent algorithms for camera network coordination.
Therefor two employees of the IIS were in charge of mounting and calibrating the cameras.
Based on the video data self-configuring systems will be developed with the objective of improving the versatility and performance of current monitoring systems by automatic workflow and behavior analysis.
