Chemical process development

n this field of activities, the researchers of the Institute concentrate primarily on the development of innovative solutions for highly organised microstructured and nanostructured surfaces of polymers and electronic components. Key objectives include the optimisation of numerous technological and medical applications, the production of fibres with the aid of new ecologically compatible dying processes as well as the recovery of recyclable materials and the elimination of contaminants from process and waste water. Dispersions with particles down to micrometer and nanometre size are analysed to cater for the needs of the food and pharmaceuticals industry.
