You can complete a pre-feasibility study by using the
Encofor Decision Support System (Encofor Design DSS
and Encofor Financial DSS). Set the Encofor
Design DSS to ‘pre-feasibility mode’
and only a sub-set of issues will be dealt with. Use
the Encofor
Financial DSS by using lump sum data or less accurate
information.
The procedure is supported by the following modules:

Environmental, Social and Institutional tools can be
set to ‘pre-feasibility mode’. Use these
modules together with Encofor
Design DSS and Encofor
Financial DSS. The assessments provided in the modules
listed here will combine to produce the pre-feasibility
study.

Size Optimisation Module are provided to assist
with project idea development and site pre-selection,
if needed. The Project Idea Module provides guidance
on an assessment of the state-of-the-art, project idea
development (what?), project site pre-selection (where?),
and project idea evaluation.
