Andreas Niederl joined JOANNEUM RESEARCH in after working as a public servant at the Austrian Federal Ministry for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, Division of Environmental Economics and Energy and as a researcher at Karl-Franzens-University Graz, Department of Economics and WegCenter. He studied at Karl-Franzens-University Graz and at University of Manchester and holds a degree in Economics.
