Harald Rainer attended a technical secondary school specialising in electrical engineering. After one year as a systems engineer at BMW in Munich he studied electrical engineering with the focus on audio-engineering at the University of Technology and the University of Music and Dramatic Arts in Graz.
During his study, he worked as a freelancer at the sound studio "Perfect Sound". In 2003 he graduated as a Master of Science for his master thesis "Smart Sound Generation for Mobile Phones".
After one season as sound engineer at the Salzburg Festival, Harald Rainer began his work at the Group "Intelligent Acoustic Solutions".
Member of the project team "AKUT - Acoustic tunnel monitoring", which has won the National Award for Telematics 2006.
Teaching position "Audio Recording Techniques" at Graz University of Music and Dramatic Arts, Institute for Electronic Music and Acoustics
