Career

After grammar school he attended a two-year educational class in electronics and telecom at the technical secondary school.
He started his professional life at the University of Technology in Graz. Different positions as application and development engineer in the electronics industry followed before he joined JOANNEUM RESEARCH in 1989. His main field of activity within the institute DIGITAL comprises hardware design together with the implementation and automation of measurements.
In addition to it he has been charged with QA tasks within his working group for several years.
