Career

Dr. Gerfried Jungmeier was born on March 3, 1967, in Villach, Austria. After his studies of mechanical engineer and his PhD "Greenhouse Gas Emissions of the Use of Bioenergy" at the Technical Univercity of Graz, he works at the Institute of Energy Research at JOANNEUM RESEARCH ForschungsgmbH.

since 1993 in the field of energy, land use and climate change.

Awards
