We show Solutions for the media industry resulting from DAVID and TOSCA-MP, two EU-funded research projects.
- On the DAVID booth (8.F22) we will show detection tools for Digital BETACAM™ dropouts, field order errors and progressive / interlaced / pull-down errors, integrated in the essence quality checking system VidiCert, addressing archive migration and video production quality control applications. Novel results for noise suppression and Digital BETACAM™ dropout repair are presented.
- TOSCA-MP is hosted at Flemish broadcaster VRT’s booth (8.F02), where we will show a comprehensivel workflow for automatic broadcast metadata extraction and search, featuring our HTML5 based fully synchronised video & metadata viewer and workflow control&monitoring application.
