To pave the way for scalable and cost-efficient testing of automated vehicles, JOANNEUM RESEARCH produces Ultra High Definition Maps (UHDmaps®) based on mobile mapping data in an automated workflow. UHDmaps® contain a digital copy of reality (digital twin) and thus set a new standard for the digital evaluation of automated driving functions and perception systems.
On Tuesday, 13.04.2021, the Austrian Light Vehicle Proving Region for Automated Driving (ALP.Lab GmbH) together with DIGITAL will host a webinar from 17:00 - 18:00 to present possibilities of digital twins and discuss test use cases with experts.
