The project "Real-Time Content Analysis and Processing (ReCAP)" shows its first demo on automatic metadata extraction at the world's largest broadcast tradeshow NAB. The analysis workflows can be configured using the workflow software onCore from Tools On Air, and the results can be checked in a web-based user interface.
ReCAP aims at further developing existing content analysis technologies of the partners and integrate them into a scalable and open platform that is affordable for SME content creators. DIGITAL contributes real-time capable algorithms for extracting different types of metadata. The solution developed by ReCAP will be available in May 2018.
DIGITAL shows on the same booth also new algorithms for the video analysis software Vidicert.
