The staff function Human Resources & Diversity fulfils central corporate tasks in the areas of human resources management and training and coordinates the topic area of diversity and equality.
As a central service unit, Human Resources Management advises the management and executives on all HR management issues, supports recruiting processes and develops employer branding measures together with Corporate Communications. In the area of training, the continuous professional and personal development of employees is significantly promoted, with a focus on the implementation of the company-wide competence development programme. The training of our apprentices is also supported by the central apprenticeship office.
