The Kick-Off Meeting of the EU-funded project OPTIMAL (Automated Maskless Laser Lithography Platform for First Time Right Mixed Scale Patterning) was held on October 20th-21th, 2022. Partners from six different EU countries and one associated country met together and discussed the work packages, project objectives and upcoming steps and actions. JOANNEUM RESEARCH is the project coordinator and successfully hosted the meeting.
About the project
The OPTIMAL project will integrate for the first-time different laser lithography technologies, quality monitoring systems and processes in one platform to improve the manufacturing of original structures, known as masters, needed for key-enabling replication techniques in optical, industrial, medical device fabrication.
