In the context of a TWINNING project, which is coordinated by Joanneum Research – POLICIES and jointly implemented with FFG, FWF, the German DLR and the Latvian Daugavspils University, a delegation of the Georgian Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation (SRNSF) led by Director General Erekle Astakhishvilivisited Vienna.
In intense workshops, topics such as the project management cycle of research funding agencies like FFG and FWF, the design of evaluation processes and the use of bibliometric methods were presented and discussed. These exchanges will be continued and concluded with workshops in Georgia.
