Regional Economic Analysis, Site Analysis and Regional Policy

Our regional economic analyses and site investigations set the standard for future-oriented regional policy and urban development. Both can only be successful if the unique aspects of the regions, such as availability of skilled labor, demography, transportation and information infrastructures, are known to be crucial for the economic success of a company and are consistently taken into account. Using standardized methods (SWOT analysis using international indicators), the analysis is complemented by predictions of specific socio-economic indicators (related to economic development, labor markets, resource availability, migration, demography) at the regional level. This allows us identify local political challenges and specific regional areas of activity and to assist in the implementation.
