As part of a field trip organised by Silicon Alps and ACstyria, we and Fraunhofer Austria opened our doors. We were able to present exciting digitalisation projects with regard to "Smart Production" to approx. 40 participants. Among them was the SUSPICION project, carried out together with MAGNA Steyr, for the prediction of robot-related failures in welding applications using AI methods.
After the presentations, the participants were given a guided tour of the ROBOTICS lab and the facilities of Fraunhofer Austria and were able to gain a deeper insight into current research projects, AI and robot applications.
