Within the scope of the 2nd Summer School on Cognitive Robotics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), JOANNEUM RESEARCH ROBOTICS and the research group Model-based Embedded & Robotic Systems (MERS) could deepen their partnership. Dr. Horst Pichler, the new head of the research group Cognitive Robotics, and his senior researcher Bernhard Reiterer participated in the event in the Stata Center. Beside presentations of top-level speakers about the newest development within cognitive robotics, a foundation for future joint research projects was laid.
