JOANNEUM RESEARCH and the Styrian Business Promotion Agency SFG are once again inviting participants to this year's Future Day. Future Day offers a unique opportunity to identify challenges, discuss solutions and promote exchange between business, science and public institutions.<\/p>\n

Under the motto \u2018Global minds, local moves\u2019, the focus is on striking a balance between international perspectives and regional action. In a networked world, internationalisation plays a key role in economic and social development \u2013 especially for regions such as Styria.\u00a0Global minds<\/em>\u00a0stands for the openness and creativity of international approaches,\u00a0local moves<\/em>\u00a0for the specific measures and strategies implemented at regional level to create a location that provides fertile ground for national and international research, encourages local companies to stay and attracts international companies to settle there.<\/p>\n
