At our stand, there were not only tricky puzzles to solve but also tough decisions to make in a competition. Visitors to the stand were able to guess the number of Lego figures in a box.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the program, with the support of Joakim Huber from Franziskus Hospital Vienna, we were able to present a contribution to cross-professional, patient-centered collaboration in geriatrics (our therapy\/monitoring system - TMS). We also presented current results from our IdRis project. Here we are developing algorithms for AI-supported prediction of the risk potential of older people in hospital using RealWorldData.<br \/>\nOur key takeaways from this year's conference are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prevention still plays too small a role in the health sector. In the context of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.joanneum.at\/health\/en\/referenzprojekte\/digital-healthcare-solutions\/idris\/\">IdRis\u00a0<\/a>project, we are addressing this issue.<\/li>\n<li>The meaningful use of health data plays a key role in both the EuropeanHealthDataSpace and our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.joanneum.at\/health\/en\/referenzprojekte\/digital-healthcare-solutions\/cds-bars\/\">CDS-BARS<\/a>\u00a0\u00d6kosystem eine wichtige Rolle.<\/li>\n<li>Interoperability between digital systems is essential for successful process integration. FHIR is therefore involved in the further development of the TMS and the digital\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.joanneum.at\/health\/en\/referenzprojekte\/digital-healthcare-solutions\/opcheck\/\">OPCheck<\/a>\u00a0list is an important aspect.<\/li>\n<li>Our ELGA system is ingenious and we are well equipped throughout Europe for the further digitalization of the healthcare system, but we must continue to develop it intelligently and manage to connect all healthcare providers.<\/li>\n<li>Digitalization can only succeed if we involve those involved, especially the nursing profession.
