Panel: Marketing to an Ageing Market

Lars-Peter Kamolz

16.06.2023 | Health stage 13:00-13:45 Uhr | Englisch

The number of senior citizens in industrialized countries is at a record high and rising. In addition to the obvious challenges this shift poses for the social security system and the labor market, the profile of consumer demand is changing rapidly. As baby boomers become the strongest consumer group in nearly every market segment, companies and startups must adapt their business models.

What is the best approach to succeed in aging markets and how can companies create inclusive innovation? The panel will discuss from different angles the impact of global aging in general, what aging is changing in the minds of consumers, and how companies can best adapt to the new demographic reality.
