About the conference:
ICRA is the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society’s flagship conference and the premier international forum for robotics researchers to present and discuss their work. The conference includes plenary sessions, contributed paper sessions, workshops and tutorial sessions, forums, videos, exhibitions, and robot challenges.
The year 2020 is also significant because it is the closing date of the Horizon 2020 Framework program. It's the biggest EU Research and Innovation program ever, with nearly €80 billion in funding made available over a 7-year period, from 2014 to 2020. In collaboration with the Robotics Unit of the European Commission’s Science office, ICRA 2020 provides an international forum for the presentation and discussion of the main scientific issues of our field, in the presence of leading researcher and innovative companies.
