The CapSize project, which was funded by EFRE and KWF for three years, aims to research and implement a sensory robot skin for the functional control and safety of robots.
In the current final phase of the CapSize project, the results of JOANNEUM RESEARCH, Alpen Adria University, Carinthia University of Applied Sciences and our industrial partner EED Automation were successfully demonstrated to an audience from business, industry and research in the course of the workshop "Productive human-robot interaction with the help of sensors".
A guest lecture by Dr. Viktor Zaletelj also covered practical aspects of near-field sensor technology in automation and robotics.
