The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) is a global association dedicated to the management and innovation of tolled transport infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels and highways. Founded in 1932, the organisation provides a platform for sharing knowledge, promoting best practices and exchanging new technologies in the field of transport and infrastructure management.
At this year's annual conference, AKUT® was presented at a dedicated stand by our Italian sales partner Triveneto Servizi with the support of Daniele Cozzi to raise international awareness of the solution. AKUT® was met with great interest by the many American and international road and motorway operators present. Several operators of road tunnels, for example from Maryland, New York and Michigan, came to find out about the possibilities of intelligent acoustic tunnel monitoring.
