With this award, the AHFE-Community honors outstanding scientists who combine scientific excellence with excellent research and embody the values of international, interdisciplinary cooperation. Lucas Paletta has been an active member of the AHFE-Community for many years and heads the Cognitive Computing in Sociotechnical Systems track. In his work, he places particular emphasis on research with real impact, exchange with colleagues from all over the world, and the promotion of open, forward-looking dialogue.
In his acceptance speech, he emphasised how much he had benefited from the inspiring collaboration within the AHFE and how grateful he was for the commitment and vision of this international research community. He particularly highlighted the contributions of his track team, whose excellent research and lively discussions had contributed significantly to the success of the conference.
