Commercial employee in the Controlling department at the DIGITAL Institute
To support our successful team, we are currently looking to fill the following position with a minimum of 80% employment based in Graz:
Commercial employee in the Controlling department
You will support the Controlling team at the DIGITAL institute, which has over 140 employees, in processes in accordance with the QM system.

€ 3.371 gross for full-time employment, payable 14 times per year (pro rata) – Willingness to pay above the standard rate for candidates with the appropriate qualifications and experience
Your responsibilities will include the following areas
- Project controlling (focus on national and European funding projects)
- Results monitoring
- Review of bids and orders• Support in the drafting and administrative processing of contracts
- Administrative assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
Your qualifications
- High school diploma (Matura) with professional experience or relevant university degree (preferably bachelor’s degree)
- Computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
- very good written and spoken German (level C1)
- written and spoken English
- Communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, professionalism, and accuracy
- Knowledge of controlling subsidized R&D projects desirable
