Abstract:
Satellite radar interferometry is a powerful tool for measuring displacements of the Earthtextquoterights surface. However, we recommend to extend the currently prevailing focus on expost analyses and monitoring towards exante early warning applications. Underlying challenges and key requirements are discussed.
