Abstract:
BACKGROUND Health and lifestyle data are often fragmented across multiple platforms, limiting citizens' ability to access and understand their information holistically. OBJECTIVES This work aims to develop a citizen-facing mobile application that interfaces with the PreNUDGE platform via RESTful APIs to visualize individual health data, and to support secure and transparent data sharing with third parties. METHODS Requirements and user stories informed key application features and the derivation of a software architecture using a C4 model-based approach. RESULTS A responsive, cross-platform mobile application was designed and implemented as a minimum viable product. CONCLUSION The resulting prototype provides citizens with an integrated overview of personal health and lifestyle data and supports user-controlled data-sharing permissions, promoting health literacy and preventive health behaviors.
