Abstract:
The aim of the focus study is to collect the experiences that have been made in the implementation of measures for flexible working and career models in non-university scientific and technical research institutions in Austria. The aim is to highlight examples of good practice and to identify factors that are relevant to the successful introduction and implementation of such measures. The results and effects of these measures will also be explored.
