The Market Institute regularly carries out surveys on the attractiveness of employers. This is not the first time that JOANNEUM RESEARCH has been ranked among the top companies and therefore among the best employers. In the 2024 study, the research company took 3rd place in the categories ‘Employee retention’ and ‘Flexible working time models’.

‘I am very pleased with the result of this study, which shows that consistent and sustainable investment in our company's employees pays off. We offer an extremely diverse and interesting working environment, provide scope for individual career paths, enable flexible working time models as well as personal and professional development. In a research company in particular, it is important that employees have enough freedom and flexibility to realise ideas in order to drive innovation. This creates an appreciative working atmosphere and a high level of loyalty to the company,’ says Veronika Ringel, Head of Human Resources & Diversity.
