On Thursday, 9th May 2024, the first review meeting of the Horizon 2020 project EBENTO took place in Valencia. The three-year EBENTO project started in October 2022 and consists of 11 international partners from 6 different countries.
EBENTO aims to improve energy efficiency in buildings by developing an integrated one-stop-shop platform for all actors involved in the construction and renovation sector. In this way, energy performance contracting models are to be better coordinated and the needs of all stakeholders taken into account.
We develop energy-saving contracting models that consider current developments on the electricity market, such as price signals for behavioural change, and increase the comfort of residents. Finally, we analyse the social, economic and environmental effects of the new approaches.
