The project
This project will create a framework to demonstrate and integrate new business models and cutting-edge technologies for energy efficiency guarantees and contracts. It will consider the needs of all stakeholders involved in improving the building stock and emphasise the role of public institutions and cooperatives.
Our activities in the project
The aim of this project is to develop business models and contracts that also take the comfort of residents into account. This should increase the attractiveness of renovation models offered by third-party providers.

Details of the project
The aim of the project is to develop new business models for energy efficiency in buildings which better reflect the needs of residents. Based on simulations of energy efficiency measures, the corresponding models are developed together with the residents.
EBENTO focuses on citizens as key players in the energy transition and supports them in their decision to invest in energy efficiency.
