In-vitro testing on primary skin cells enables precise examination of skin biology and effective evaluation of products.
Our dedicated researchers work with the latest methods and techniques to ensure the highest quality and reliability of our test results. We use primary skin cells (keratinocytes, fibroblasts and preadipocytes) obtained directly from human samples to best mimic the physiological properties of human skin. For example, we can analyse the toxicity or proliferative potential of certain substances. Our customised in-vitro tests offer an efficient and ethical alternative to conventional animal testing.
The evaluation of wound dressings and medical devices (e.g. skin substitutes) is of great importance to ensure their effectiveness and safety. We can also determine the "mode of action" of these materials.
