We specialise in high-definition, area-specific modelling of weather and climate risks for economic activities using precise geolocalised data. We also examine agent-based traffic modelling and assess interactions between mobility systems, infrastructure, space and user behaviour.
Our focuses include risk quantification, research into economic impacts and vulnerabilities, and the development of tools for practical applications.
The aim is to enable policymakers, society and businesses to evaluate and manage risks arising from weather variability and climate change.
