The focus of these efforts is on having personally valued, motivated and competent employees, who have tangible activities and resources.  Health in the workplace, environmentally friendly mobility, work-life balance, diversity and gender-mainstreaming and excellent company-internal communications are all highly important. All of these activities and provisions are implemented in close cooperation with the management.
