The Research Group Intelligent Acoustic Solutions conducts applied research in the field of audio and acoustics. The fields of application range from acoustic monitoring and sensor development to the design of voice-controlled human-machine interaction systems.
Our broad scientific basis and wide range of competences enable the development of tailor-made systems from the initial idea to the finished product. Acoustic Sensor Technology
We develop and integrate application-oriented acoustic sensor technology for industrial measurement technology, sensor technology and robotics. Our technologies range from measurement microphones and microphone arrays to vibration sensors and printed sensor systems.
Acoustic Interaction Systems
We develop systems to communicate and interact with machines or robots via speech. Our human-centric approaches to natural interactions are tested and optimized in user studies for usability and user satisfaction.
